Wrap around porch allows extra space to stretch out- includes a 16 seater picnic table for outdoor dining.

Over 6.5 acres of pine woods surround this home for privacy. 5 minute drive to Young's general store. Road shared with ATV/Snowmobiles.

Enjoy the game/entertainment room complete with pool table, darts, ping pong table, big screen TV and a wet bar for extra seating/serving.

Ample parking for vehicles, ATV/snowmobiles.

Within 5 minutes of Perry Stream and the Trophy stretch of Connecticut River. Located between Lake Francis, First Connecticut and Back Lake. Far enough away to have privacy but close enough to be within a 5 minute drive of rivers, hunting grounds, general store and restaurants.

Nick works as a full time firefighter in southern NH, Lindsey works from home as an office manager for a pediatric speech and language company. Our daughter is almost two and is the boss at home.

Yes, we also have two crates available in the home for less packing. Charge is $100 per pet.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
House Rules
No smoking.
No shoes in the house.
No fireworks or target shooting.
Must pick up any pet waste in yard and walking areas.
Payment Policy
First payment due at booking to save dates in schedule. Second half due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
$1,000.00 security deposit, refunded based on a clean check out with no damage within 7 days of check out.
Cancellation Policy
Cancels within 30 days of arrival forfeit the 50% deposit. Any second payment made will be refunded.
